However, Even Though Many People Decide To Stay With Us For Months, Many Guests Staying Less Than One Week Find Us Less Expensive Than Traditional Hotels. Room Fees And A 100.00 Usd Refundable Deposit Are Due At Time Of Arrival. The 100.00 Usd Deposit Is Charged Upon Move In Even If The Room Is Placed On A Credit Card Hold. Deposit Is Refunded At Move Out Pending No Damages Or Owed Charges. Front Desk Hours Of Operation Are Monday-friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm And Closed Sunday.
